Hello,

I am an Obstetrician & Gynecologist practicing in Colorado Springs.   I’ve been delivering babies since 2000, first as a board certified Family Physician and later as a board certified Obstetrician / Gynecologist.  I’m a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  

I specialize in full scope obstetrics from minimal intervention birth to high risk pregnancies.  My philosophy is that pregnancy is never “one size fits all.”  Every patient is unique and I tailor each of my patients’ prenatal plans to specifically meet not only their specific medical needs, but also align their care to try to meet their intended birth plan.    

I believe that the first steps to ensure a healthy pregnancy involve not, medicine but better living.  This includes stress reduction, a nurturing support system, clean eating, and an active lifestyle.
